We will evaluate your information and let you know right away if we would be able to start the funding process. We can get a loan finished and funded generally in 7 to 14 days from final documentation.

If your client does not have sufficient equity in the subject property we may be able to still fund the loan by cross-collateralizing their other properties. Therefore, if you are a broker located in Arizona, (check with us regarding surrounding states) we look forward to working with you and getting started today. We agree up front upon the commission rate you earn. We simply include it with our fees.
